An actress who starred in BBC TV crime drama Happy Valley has claimed she was the victim of an 'attempted kidnapping' off a North London street last week.
In an emotional Facebook post, Tina Harris explained how she had been walking along a dimly-lit, quiet street in Highgate when she was approached by a man from behind.
He chased her into another road before grabbing her - when she says she thought "this is it" - but then she somehow managed to wrangle free by screaming in his face.
The man grabbed Tina's bag and jumped into a waiting car driven by an accomplice to make his getaway but she said she is convinced they were after more - describing her ordeal as an "attempted kidnapping".

The Met Police say it's too early to say what the incident is being treated as.
Tina posted on Facebook: "They first tried to get me on a very quiet road but I ran and then they caught up with me in a residential road with good street lighting.
"For a minute I thought "this is it" but then a huge demonic voice came out of me.
"I screamed obscenities in his face which shocked him - he let go and I ran like I've never ran before - still screaming for all I was worth and yelling help in my deepest most butch voice like a bull elephant.
"He stopped chasing me grabbed one of my bags which I'd thrown in the floor and suddenly I was in the middle of a ring of people who had come to help."
Tina - who was a Detective Constable in the popular BBC crime drama Happy Valley also had small parts in Red Dwarf, Doctors, Shameless, Peak Practice and Hollyoaks - says she is "ok apart from being terrified of my own shadow right now".
She said she felt she needed to tell people what happened to her on the night of Monday, December 18 as a warning to other women.
Tina said that she believes she was targeted because "from behind I look young".
She added: "Main thing is I'm bl***y safe - but being honest don't really feel it!"
Her Facebook post was also shared by friends and her husband Martin Gaisford, a director at ADP Events, who described his wife as having been incredibly brave.
He wrote: "I feel I need to repeat this post my incredibly brave wife has just put out on Facebook to make my friends and their partners aware.
"It was extremely terrifying for Tina but she was amazingly strong and managed to escape her attackers, others might not be so fortunate so please be aware."
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police told MirrorOnline: "On Monday, 18 December a 51-year-old female was walking along Swains Lane in Archway at around 19:35hrs.
"She was approached by a male who grabbed the victim and took her bag after it was dropped to the floor.
"The victim screamed and the male got into a car [model unknown] before it made off.
"The male is described as around 30-35 years old, of stocky/overweight build, with grey and white stubble, short grey hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a dark padded guilted jacket and grey tracksuit bottoms.
"There is no description of the second male in the car. There have been no arrests. Enquiries are ongoing."
It's understood that officers are going to interview Tina again in the New Year.
Tina said she initially wasn't going to post about her ordeal on social media but had changed her mind after discussing it with workmates - and has since thanked people commenting on Facebook for their support.
The dimly lit Swains Lane leads from Archway in North London up to Highgate and past the famous cemetery where George Michael, Karl Marx and actor Roger Lloyd-Pack are buried.
MirrorOnline have contacted both Tina and Martin for comment.
